The process

Take a tour

Tour allows families to meet teachers and directors face-to-face; this personal interaction helps build trust and provides an opportunity to ask questions directly. Families can discuss schedules with the staff and address any special needs their child may have.

Tuition Agreement or ECECD Contract

Do you know almost everybody can obtain free childcare in New Mexico? Please ask for information or go to nmececd.org to apply. We offer a flexible tuition and payment plan for paying families.

The Complete Application

If you decide to register for our program, it is important to pick up an application and fill out all required information before the first day.

The Brightwheel Sign Up

Brightwheel is a comprehensive platform used by our center to manage student information, communication, and daily activities.

First Day of School

First day at childcare: a big step, emotions vary. Excitement, nervousness. Reactions differ; some adapt seamlessly, and others need time. Parents often find the first day of childcare challenging, but don’t worry, we are here to assist!

Required enrollment documents

To make the registration process smooth and convenient, please have the following information available:

  • State contract approval letter or contract (if applicable)
  • Inmunization record or exemption letter
  • Emergency and pick up authorization form
  • Payment and schedule agreement
  • Parent handbook knowledge form
  • CACFP food program form
  • Focus developmental screening permission (if applicable)
  • Well check form
